A series of interviews with beginning with an HR screening and followed by Hiring Manager, AVP, Sales Engineering leadership, an Individual Contributor and finally an individual focused on the STAR methodology.

Question 1
Standard STAR type questions. A lot of situation questions and queries about success stories in previous roles. Because this was a sales role, direct vertical experience and attainment were also key elements.
Screening with Recruiter and 1st stage with HM. No feedback after interview, even after following with an email still no feedback which is a shame for such a big name.
