Oracle Solutions Consultant interview questions

The interview process was surprisingly seamless. I really enjoyed visiting the Austin campus and meeting the hiring managers. My first conversation was with a talent recruiter. We scheduled a call to discuss in more detail about the role, training and compensation. The second step was to interview virtually with a hiring manager, which was very personable and I got the sense that they really wanted to get to know me. At the end of the conversation I was asked to travel to Austin for a final face to face interview with 2 additional hiring managers. I was asked to prepare a presentation/demo of any app or website that I am familiar with. The entire process was great and very easy going. No offer yet, this position has been placed on hold until further notice. The recruiter and hiring manager have been very responsive and supportive during this waiting period. I hope to have an official offer by the end of April.

Interview process took about three weeks total. To hear back took a total of 3 months from initial interview. The recruiters are very good at responding to you to keep you updated during the process. Just hard to have to wait that long . You grow very impatient especially if you have other jobs on the line
