Interview
I received a phone call from the hiring manager about a day or two after I applied online, and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. It was a panel of two people, and the interview was pretty straightforward. Fun fact - I actually had this exact same interview 4 years previously with the same hiring manager, but I totally bombed it (was soaking wet cause I fell in the rain, showed up 5 mins late....). The interview process was exactly the same in 2018 as it was in 2014. It kind of seemed like they already knew which candidate they were going to hire by time they got to me.

Question 1
The questions were pretty regular. Things like, "Tell me about a time that you had a difficult patient", "tell me about a time that you made a mistake," and questions about operating under stress, etc. They were reading all of the questions from a printed out sheet.
