Saw a posting on the website and filled out the application and emailed it to the correct people. Heard back two weeks later from a recruiter in the company via email saying they have a lot of candiates for the position, but would still like to have a phone screen. The recruiter called one day with no prior notice and wanted to interview then, I didn't answer and for the next few days we were playing phone tag. Anyway the recruiter called on a Friday at 430 eastern time. Bascially went over the behavior questions and asked why Organic Valley etc.. The recruiter mentioned I should hear something back no matter what the next week, and it's been almost two months and no response. A tip- Companies only call back if they are interested and won't call back if they are not.
