Pretty typical: Call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, in-person interview with several stakeholders. Unfortunately, and as is so often the case these days, they never bothered to let me know I didn't get the job. I just kinda figured it out after a few weeks had passed. I mean, no hard feelings. Sometimes things just don't work out. But have the decency to call or at least send an email to say, "Thanks but no thanks."
