I applied via an email with cover letter and resume to hr. Hr called two weeks later to set up an interview for the next week. I could not make the date range available. I did a phone interview with three individuals on the line. One in the Farmer Relations Representative position, one the supervisor for the position, and an hr representative. I was told that I would hear back in five days, whether or not I got the position or was moving forward in the interview process. Over a month later I was given a call to inform me that they hired internally.
