I applied for the position as a developer, and was contacted three months after my application went out to see if i was still interested in the position. This was the only communication I had from the company after receiving a confirmation email that they had received my resume and would be in contact soon. I had already found employment by then, and my only advice would be to stay in contact with prospective employees.
