I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Origami Risk (Chicago, IL)
Interview
-phone call with recruiter. Asked a mixed of standard and behavior questions. Recruiter was really nice, honest, and answered all of my questions. We had a good 35 minute conversation..
-i was sent a 75 min assessment right after the call
I honestly was turned off by the rigorous interview process for an entry level role (after reading several reviews on here). Also, the recruiter gave me a salary range that was not competitive at all… I’m sure it’s negotiable but was still on the lower end
Didn’t seem worth the time and effort so I didn’t take the assessment and left it at that.
Sounds like a growing company that is going in the right direction but lacks diversity from the management level—also another turn off. Though, through my call I learned they are trying to change that
