I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Origami Risk (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2021
Interview
A screening that consisted of telling me I wouldn’t be considered at all and I would only be looked at if I completed a 90 minute test. After completing the test I eventually got ghosted and had to reach out to them to ask about my application.
If you have your candidates invest 90 minutes of their time to take a test you should at least invest 1 minute into sending out a rejection letter.
4 x 30 mins interviews and a reasoning test. Total time between first contact and offer was around 3 weeks.
Quite light-hearted conversations and not too intense.
Ended with an interview with the head of the department I was looking to join.
2 stages: HR screening and Hiring Manager stage. The recruiter is friendly and professional and it's an active chat except the result is nearly one month later after the Interview.
