Got an email asking to set up time for a phone screen. Set up a time for the phone screen and when the day of the interview came, they never called me. I emailed them a few minutes in asking if we'd still be having the call that day and never got a response. I've seen several applicants here mention being ghosted during the interview process. I feel very special in knowing that I was able to get ghosted before the interview process could even begin!
