One phone screen, an OA test that focuses on problem solving, then two more rounds of interview with engineers. It was not too bad and the interview was very smooth
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Origami Risk in Oct 2022
Interview
First had a phone screen with HR that went really smoothly. Then I had two video interviews with two of the software developers in the company. Everyone was very respectful, patient, curious, and understanding. They even cracked a few jokes here and there to make you feel at ease.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They just focused on behavioral questions about past experiences and projects. I also had a few simple database questions like what is a primary key, foreign key, etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Origami Risk (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2023
Interview
No coding. Asked questions about past projects and behavioral questions. Other questions technical in nature but straight forward (e.g. what is primitive type vs reference type). Not too hard of an interview. Very nice and straight forward.
