Applied online and got a call back from GM within a few days. Came in for initial interview which was more of a Q & A session on experience and desired schedule/pay. Second interview with GM was basically a follow up to first interview. Onboarding took about an hour and I was assigned a training schedule.

Scheduled a time with the on duty manager to come back and speak with the general manager. At interview, had a nice sit down conversation with the general manager and scheduling manager.

Kept me waiting for a while after the interview was supposed to start. Offered me the job on the spot, but only offered minimum serving wage. No tips during training period.
I met with the manager of my local Original Pancake House after their lunch rush. The managers and staff were extremely welcoming. They explained what the job would be like and what the training would include.
