I was contacted by the HR dept recruiter for a phone interview. I felt it went well. After phone interview it was 2 weeks before I was contacted for a interview. An onsite interview was arranged with 6 employees and hiring manager. They were all very friendly. I would say they didn't seem interested in asking questions. I had to keep the conversation going. My biggest complaint is the lack of feedback and response from their HR dept. After taking a day off and a lengthy interview I would have hoped to hear back. I sent numerous emails and left vmail but never received a courtesy email or call back. At minimum let candidates know if they are still being considered. A person could have other offers pending. I felt it was unprofessional behavior to not reply back.
