I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Orthofix (Lewisville, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
Scheduled an interview and HR person was 30min late and then sent me an email to reschedule due to "busy". Rescheduled the interview for the next day and again the HR person was about 20mins late to the scheduled time. Interview lasted maybe 15min, very easy but not a memorable interview, basic questions that could be found on resume were asked. HR person sent a follow-up email after the interview to see availability for the following week with management. Gave available times and never heard back from HR person. Reached out 2 weeks later to see where we were at in the process and no response. Its been about 2 months since first interview and still have not heard back from the HR person after multiple follow-up emails. Very bad impression of the company due to this HR persons lack of communication and responsiveness. I will not apply for a position with this company again.
Long and difficult process from beginning to end.
There was a lack of professionalism and communication from the hiring team which makes you question being part of this company.
Was stud up on interviews set up by the hiring team and in the end there was no communication at all.
