The process is quite simple since this is a retail position. However, I had to track down the manager which took about 2 weeks. They brought me in for a pretty standard q and a about my previous work history and whether I'd ever worked in retail. After that first interview they hired me.

The interview was fine and honestly friendly over all but it was also a little awkward for me at least, and short in length. it felt like I was an afterthought or they forgot I was scheduled to show up but who knows.
