Overall was good, recruiter was friendly and mostly behavioral questions. Had 2 interviews, one phone call and the other with principal industrial engineer. Interview process was a span of 2 weeks.

Campus interview for an internship/full time position following graduation at UW-Madison. Oshkosh sent two representatives for the initial interview on campus. There would be additional interviews to follow if the candidate makes it past the first round.
