Otsuka Business Development interview questions

HR basic interview but need to have understanding of company and role specifics. Next interview with direct manager, then separate interviews with 3 team members (including your manager’s boss) and another interview with direct management. Ultimately did not get the offer but was in the final 3 candidates.
