Hopefully I get accepted for the next round. I interviewed with CEO, HR Manager, and another Account Manager. People at Otsuka were awesome and asked great questions.
First a computer screen, phone screen, manager interview, regional interview. Computer screen had preloaded questions to answer for review with timed limit for each question. Pretty standard across the industry.
Great people and great interview process. The video interview was awkward, but all in all a great experience. All hiring managers treated you with respect and very transparent. I had a great idea of the company and the culture before the interview process was over.
