I was contacted by an agency twice for a project manager role. 1st time the interview was due in July 2018 and I was contacted in April 2018. After months of discussion and being told how much Otsuka loved my profile I couldn’t make the EXACT date the line manager wanted me in for the interview as I had an exam. Otsuka couldn’t wait a day of two due to this reason and they made an offer to someone else. 2nd time the agency contacted me for a Project Manager Finance role where they were looking for someone immediately. I accepted the interview invite with 3 days notice and on the SAME day when my interview was due the agency called me to say that Otsuka decided to cancel it as they found someone who was amazingly good! I later found out that they hired a former PT who had 3 years project management experience. Very unprofessional ways of working.
