Interview
Incredibly positive interview experience! Felt very supported, everyone wanted you to do well! Three Zoom interviews followed by a day of 1:1 interviews at their HQ followed by a presentation.
4 rounds of interviews depending on the role a presentation with a day or two to prepare - all of the interviews are non traditional, conversational and varies with the amount of people you meet at once. The company culture is friendly and transparent but you have to have an interest in mind due to the lack of linear progression. If you have the experience lean into it but you must be a people person at the company.
