The process was very weird and informal. Most of the interview process involved me asking questions after providing a rough detail of my work experience.
There did not seem to be a structure to the interview and it was more an informal conversation.
The overall experience was relaxed and pleasant, but it didn't feel like a serious interview.
I received feedback that my experience was too white collar, technical, and related to tech industries for them. That they are more blue collar and gritty, so they felt there was a skills mismatch.
Not sure I would consider that valuable feedback or a good explanation - The interview panel did mot have proper technical depth to assess semiconductor fabrication involves a lot of blue collar work and mechanical expertise.
If you have a technical background - I would skip taking an interview with Outform, they will be looking for the blue collar gritty types, according to their feedback!
