I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2020
Interview
The first step after the application was a phone screening with a recruiter. Next, I was given a skills test that involved answering ticket questions as if I worked there. This required utilizing their public knowledge based to find answers to some of the questions. Lastly, I had an in-person interview with 2 managers, 1 CSR, and 1 operations person who used to work in the role. The overall process was really pleasant.

Applied, initial recruiter and then hiring mgr and team. Meeting was scheduled but then company put the position on hold without reason. Feels a bit waste of time when you couldnt figure out that you need the role.
