Interview
I completed 3 interviews total - 2 were phone interviews about 45 minutes long, and the 3rd was a practice demo to be given to the team I was potentially joining. The first few people I spoke with were very kind and the interview formats were more conversational. The last demo I gave on the phone was made very uncomfortable by a rude employee. I was willing to overlook this, however, because everyone else I encountered was nice.
The reason I gave the interview process a thumbs down is I felt disrespected by the fact that it took them so long to tell me I didn't get the position. It's fine if they didn't think it was a good fit, but it took me emailing them twice over 2.5 weeks to finally get a response saying they chose someone else.
A word of advice? Maintain your company's stellar reputation by treating others with respect and kindness - even if you aren't choosing them for the position. It seems Outreach has quite a few similar reviews from people that have interviewed at the company so you may want to take a look at your hiring process.
