I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2019
Interview
Initially I had a round of interviews with the manager of the team. Once past the initial meeting I was brought on site to do a day full of interviews. I met with 5 different people through out the day and each had different questions for me. After all of the interviews I was asked to create some content based off of a scenario that should be less than 5 minutes. Once I was finished with the interview process I was put in touch with my recruiter, Jess, who did a fantastic job of answering any of my remaining questions and helping me to reach a decision.

Interview
After having recently gone through the interview process, I can say that Jess and the recruiting team at Outreach did an amazing job from start to finish. They were enthusiastic, informative, and transparent, and provided me with everything I needed to make an informed decision. They also managed somehow to make the process feel less like a series of interviews and more like a conversation. After having worked here now for 3 months I can say that the recruiting team did an excellent job representing the company's culture and values, so that I had a very good sense of what to expect before I even started.
