Applied online following recommendations from my network. Was sent a take-home assessment about sales mindset which I passed (took about 45 min). Next had an initial phone screen with a recruiter from the US and was told that next steps would be to interview with the UK team. After a week of nudging no reply from initial contact. Instead I was sent a generic email that due to high application volumes my interviews would be dealt with by an external partner agency. When I contacted people at Outreach to clarify this, I was told this is the new process and I’d have to go with it. The agency wanted to arrange another pre-screen call so I went back to my contact to explain I’d already had one with their internal recruiter. Their reply was ‘I’ll have you removed from the process’. Literally the worst application experience. Not genuine at all with no respect for people’s time or effort. I should add that I’m one of the most experienced applicants they had according to the internal recruiter. What a sham...
