Interview
Horrible process. As I have seen from others posting the same thing, it doesn't look like things have improved. I get it that we were/are in the middle of a pandemic but there is no excuse for lack of follow up and making people jump through hoops when things like this are going on. Typical first call with recruiter. Went well. Zoom call with Manager, not the hiring manager, but a manager for another team. Went well. Next came the presentation round where they want you to present on things you have sold. Well, there are a lot of people that don't have access to things they have sold in the past to do a webinar/zoom call for whatever reason but mainly, because we don't work for those companies anymore. The communication on the expectation on what they want is poorly worded. After asking for some clarity, I was ignored. Haven't heard back in two months. What a waste. Seems like a good company but their recruiting, especially for this role, is flawed and needs to be rethought.

Interview
It's nothing as intense as other tech companies. I did 3 interviews and one business case. First with HR, then with the manager of the role, then with Piers, and finally, with a leader in the company. Most of them focused on my experience and way to address previous challenges.
