Applied online. Received an automated email 2 weeks later asking to take a third party test which took a hour. This test assesses your personality and selling style and advises if you're a fit.
The questions in the test did not make much sense of the time, were not nuanced and often not applicable to my experience (e.g. asked about 10 questions around industry specific experience whilst my territory has not been industry specific so far)
It's been a week since I did the test and have not heard back.
Found the experience really frustrating and doesn't make me feel positive about working at Outreach, though it was actually one of my top 5 companies I wanted to work for prior to this experience.

Question 1
(multiple choice) 'I believe that prospects who think it over will':
a) Keep me in mind
b) Not do business with me
c) Make me lucky once in a while
d) Eventually do business with me
Pretty long tedious process. Screening, manager call, activity, panel and more questions. A lot of work for the acticiry qnd presentation and also a lot of different people to interview with
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very straight forward. Asked about background, sales experience. Did some sales role play, but was mostly behavioral. Overall, it was quite easy and did not require too much preparation. Just make sure you can talk about yourself and know what the platform and product are and do.
