I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Outreach (London, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
Started with a phone screening with HR followed by an aptitude/situational test. The test has around 100 questions of varying types and is designer to create an overall view of you as a person and the way you work (think Myers Briggs). I would suggest you tread carefully as your answers can and will be used against you in the next stage, particularly if the hiring managing strongly subscribes to one type of sales methodology (i.e. I lean on the side of consultative which I pitch, which wasn't welcomed). I was invited onsite for an in person interview, it was very much focused on situational and competency questions with a few questions designed to trip you up. Final stage would have been a pitch to the team however the position closed after COVID hit.

Question 1
If you could improve one thing we do at Outreach what would it be?
Pretty long tedious process. Screening, manager call, activity, panel and more questions. A lot of work for the acticiry qnd presentation and also a lot of different people to interview with
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Outreach (Seattle, WA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very straight forward. Asked about background, sales experience. Did some sales role play, but was mostly behavioral. Overall, it was quite easy and did not require too much preparation. Just make sure you can talk about yourself and know what the platform and product are and do.

Question 1
How would you best deal with a customer saying this is too expensive?
The recruiting team was lovely to work with. The interview with the hiring manager, however, was heavily scripted and inhibited any kind of connection. It was definitely a one-sided experience.
