I had a great interview experience for this role. Recruiter took the time to walk me through all the details of the position, gave me a clear picture of where the company stands, and explained how the team is structured here in Prague. It really helped me understand the bigger picture, not just the job itself. What stood out most was how comfortable she made me feel throughout the process. She made it clear from the start that the interview is a two-way conversation, and that my comfort mattered just as much as the company's evaluation of me. That mutual respect made a real difference. After the discussion with the senior recruiter, I spoke with hiring manager and then 2 team members interviewed me as well. Everyone were considered and asked the right questions. Afterwards the recruiter kept me updated at every stage, so I always knew what to expect and when I'd hear back, which took a lot of the usual interview anxiety out of the process. On top of that, she was very transparent about the role and the company, which helped me build realistic expectations rather than an overly rosy picture. Overall, a genuinely professional and considerate interview process. It left me with a strong positive impression of the company.
