Interview was very relaxed, felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. Long wait times to get an answer back and no feedback given after I was rejected. Got through 2 rounds of interviews.
The first red flag was that the interviewer was 5 minutes late and didn't even bother to say I'm sorry for being late or even mention it. The next red flag was that not at any time during the interview process was I asked about prior work experiences related to the job, of which I had several, or even past work history in general. It was all these random questions like tell me what happened when you had a bad week at work or when was the last time you used your superpower. Really?
