Interview
I submitted an application through the online portal. About a week later, an HR rep contacted me for a brief phone screening, after which the rep asked me to come in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview turned into three in-person interviews: one with the person who would end up as my manager, one with a person who would end up as a colleague, and one with the same HR rep from the phone screening. I received an offer within two days of the in-person interview.

The in-person interviews were pretty fast and free. The manager asked questions about my educational background and organizational skills:
-"Tell me more about your senior thesis."
-"You seemed to do a lot in college. How did you manage your time?"
-"How do you handle bureaucratic yellow tape?"
it was good and engaging, lots to learn and experience, the interviewer were welcoming, asked nice and probing questions. made me feel included and heard my opinions as well. would like to work for them in the future

An editor test ( email writing + cover editing) ,if you qualify the first round then there will be an interview, ( situational questions would be asked) could be taken by your lead, foreign heads altogether
Lengthy and time consuming given the level of the job and the poor salary - if you have such a stringent interview process, you're probably undervaluing the job position. Interviewers were friendly, though.
