I was asked to sit and interview with the hiring manager within 20 minutes of submitting my hand-written application in person. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot due to previous serving experience. I was scheduled to begin training just two days after I was hired. The process was very organized and quick.
