Interview
management will have three separate interviews. Once hired you will have to study, study, study the manual, and learn the dishes. An exam is given toward the end (no worries, everyone helps).
You will be given a tour of the facility, then followed with a five day training course that will consist of following and doing server duties toward the end of five days.
The interview is very easy with many simple questions like availability and experience. It only took around 5-10 minutes to finish. They'll let you know if they can hire you immediately after the interview.

What is your availability?
Simple in person interview with a singular round. Sat down in the resturant and was asked questions about multi-tasking ability, focus, attention to detail and availability. Lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly about presentation and personality

Question 1
Do you have experience in a fast paced environment?
The interview went well overall. The process was very organized, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. It was conducted in person at the restaurant, which gave me a good sense of the environment and team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to see the space and speak with the staff directly—it helped provide a clearer picture of the role and expectations.
