I applied online by submitting my resume and answering a few standard questions about my work history. I received a call about two weeks later to come in for an interview. My first interview was with one of the managers, and it was short - about ten minutes. My second interview was with the managing partner for the location. It lasted a half hour. Then I waited two weeks for an answer, but that was due to the managing partner being on vacation. I called a few times to check on the decision. The last time I called, they told me I got the job and asked me about my availability for training.

The interview is very easy with many simple questions like availability and experience. It only took around 5-10 minutes to finish. They'll let you know if they can hire you immediately after the interview.

Simple in person interview with a singular round. Sat down in the resturant and was asked questions about multi-tasking ability, focus, attention to detail and availability. Lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly about presentation and personality

The interview went well overall. The process was very organized, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. It was conducted in person at the restaurant, which gave me a good sense of the environment and team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to see the space and speak with the staff directly—it helped provide a clearer picture of the role and expectations.
