I went through a brief interview with one of the sous chiefs. They'd lost 6 employees due to work status issues.
I went through a stage shift/ working interview where they tested me on my familiarity with line set up, sanitation, and knife cuts.
We haggled a little bit about pay, and they met me in the middle.
