Interview
The process was generally pretty informal and relaxed with each of the three managers coming to talk with you. Mine was split into two days because they weren’t all there at the time but by the end of each of the interviews all of them said they’d love to have me. They were very up front and honest and made general conversation with you as well to ease your nerves and make you more comfortable.

If someone came in with an obviously expired coupon and insisted upon using it even after being informed of its expiration, how would you handle the situation?
The interview is very easy with many simple questions like availability and experience. It only took around 5-10 minutes to finish. They'll let you know if they can hire you immediately after the interview.

Simple in person interview with a singular round. Sat down in the resturant and was asked questions about multi-tasking ability, focus, attention to detail and availability. Lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly about presentation and personality

The interview went well overall. The process was very organized, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. It was conducted in person at the restaurant, which gave me a good sense of the environment and team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to see the space and speak with the staff directly—it helped provide a clearer picture of the role and expectations.
