1st.) Phone Interview with corporate recruiter.
2nd.) Phone Interview with Market Partner (Regional Manager)
3rd.) Face to face in store interview w/Market Partner & Operating Partner (GM)
-You have lunch with the Market Partner as he asks more in depth questions about your experience. You then spend the next hour to hour and a half walking around the restaurant with the GM getting to know him better and the staff.
A bit of a lengthy process, took approximately a month from the time I submitted my resume to receiving an offer letter. Great interview experience all around.

Meet with 3 different managers one being a regional. Had to do a stage to show competency and it went by pretty fast. Regional sat down with you and offered a salary.
