It was a traditional. They asked you questions about your experience and if you're willing to handle the responsibilities. That's all. And then if you say yes, then they'll bring you in for paperwork.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at P.F. Chang's (Wauwatosa, WI) in Aug 2019
Interview
I was given an interview at Wauwatosa, WI.
They asked me about what I've done and proceeded to judge me based on my job experience on my resume without giving me a chance to explain my work experience and experience in general or try to see what potential I have. They asked me if I could start that night despite telling them I have another job. At the end of the interview, they told me to just stay at my job I currently have because of my unstable work experience.
First impressions are everything and their impression was negative. They were very judgemental and from that, I can tell management will NOT give you a chance, NO equal opportunity, and seems to be an unfair work place from their nature.
