Interview

Was very simple, had two interviews in the same day. Filled out paper work that day I was hired and started the next. I did have to wait a long time in-between interview to wait for another manager to come and talk to me.

Interview process was simple. Managers are pretty smart when it comes to knowing who is worth hiring. Met with 2 assistant managers on first day, scheduled to meet with GM for next day. Got hired. Standard questions about the industry. Dress nice!

Interview

It was multiple interviews - one with each of the four managers before I was hired. Definitely thorough, oddly enough for a simple hosting job. You have to sit down with a manager and have your first interview on the same day that you apply, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, just be yourself - it's not hard to get a job at a restaurant.
