P.F. Chang's Server interview questions

I interviewed with the hiring manager and was asked to come back next week and interview with the manager of the store I was applying for. The questions consisted of previous job experience, when I could work, how much I wanted to gt paid, etc. The overall interview process was very easy.

Interviewed with GM - seemed to go well, he was very challenging. Then a few days later interviewed with new service mgr - easy interview, but he was not familiar with my application (GM asked me to come back and I did). Went back to see if they would hire me - GM again seemed friendly and interested and said I needed to speak to svce mgr. Came back another time to speak to svce mgr and he was distant and unfriendly - very surprising considering my previous interactions were very friendly and I have lots of experience and good references.
