The interview process consisted of, one initial phone call, which was the initial “get to know” call. The initial call was a pleasant and informative conversation. I felt as if I was speaking to a life long friend. I could feel the welcoming, professional, and humble comfort, coming from Charlie. The second call was a zoom/video conference call, which was also very pleasant, with Mr. Adli. In this call we spoke of past experiences, expectations, and some company history, as well as some processes. The second call was also a very comfortable and professional conversation. The third and final portion of the interview process, was a physical visit to the office location, to personally meet with the sales/ hiring administrator/manager. I felt that I walked into a family environment of professionals, who want people that care about what they do, and want t work well with everyone. This was, by far, the smoothest, professional, and family oriented interview process, I have ever taken part in.
