Very friendly and comfortable, interviewed with two engineers. Discussed problem solving process for HVAC concepts to see how one would go about beginning the design process or solving a problem.

At the end of the interview, one of the interviewers said we will discuss your position and reply you later then hang up the phone immediately before I have a chance to said a Bye... I am ok that you don't want to select me, but at least show some respect to your interviewee. I have a lot of interview experience with senior engineers or managers, but this one is the worst. Reputation is important to the big company, your interviewer performance stands for your company.
