2-hour long round robin style interview. Could have been cut down to 1/2 hour by doing a panel interview.
Company is VERY old school - think, executive lounge, suit and tie culture, male dominated, in-flexible about working from home, and very high turnover.

Typical PACCAR internal interview - with a management panel and several of the engineering team I would supervise to interview me. Consisted of a 1 hour session and a formal response took several weeks.
