I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PCNA (New Kensington, PA) in Aug 2017
Interview
You'll have to take a very basic computer test and talk to a few managers, as well as someone from HR. If they hire you, you will have to do a urine test. The interview itself lasted about 1.5 hours. I dressed nicely (dress pants, nice top, blazer, heels) and got the job. Someone else came in wearing a cheap, strapless maxi dress and flip flops -- she also got the job.
Interview was a very and simple process. It also helps to know someone from withing the company that already works there. This is a very good idea that I would recommend before applying to this company because they can go to the Human Resources department and put your name down for a recommendation. I would recommend that this company needs to consider everyone that applys because you cannot just look at a person's resume and judge from there if they will be suitable for this position or not. You should take the time and energy to sit down and talk with the person before considering them for the position.
