After you submit your application, you will be emailed by HR about a short phone screening. The individual interviewing was extremely nice and asked simple questions about who you are and what the work entails. If you make it through, you will be brought into the office for two in-person interviews. The first interview is with your desired team (your supervisor and co-workers will interview) and the second is with HR. You will get an email soon afterwards if you received the position.
