Had an initial phone interview with HR, then another phone interview with two people, then came in for a 3-4 hour interview where I met with various groups of people at different levels. Took over a month to get a final offer. I received a more competitive offer from a big firm that I took because A) PCORI couldn't match the offer. B) Their hiring/interview process took almost 2 months. C) With the uncertainty of what is going to happen with ACA, PCORI might be heavily affected. The interview process was just junior and senior staff going through and asking me about myself and what was on my resume and providing examples. It was not difficult at all. Everyone was friendly. The office is nice and the facility reminds me of a start-up company (which it should feel like since PCORI isn't very old at all).

Interview
Extremely lengthy experience. Interviewed with the recruiter for 15 min, 2nd interview with hiring manager for 30 min followed by an assignment, 3rd panel interview for 2 hours with 8 people followed by another assignment. Didn't hear back for 4 weeks following the last interview. I followed up multiple times with the recruiter and was ultimately denied. Had I not continuously followed up I'm not sure I would have heard back.
