Frightful experience. Disorganized hiring process, long delays, key staff member behaved erratically and was not able to clearly describe work efforts. This is a relatively new nonprofit organization that is funded by the federal government. The number of staff has increased rapidly to around 100, I was told. My overall impression was that staff are very unhappy.
