I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PCORI
Interview
Long interview. Interview experience includes a practical application which is grade by one person (appeared subjective) . Little information was provided about the practical application/role play. Also, perhaps a panel of interviewers for the practical application would balance the appearance of fairness and objectivity.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PCORI (Washington, DC) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a very pleasant interview for the most part--it felt very organic, more of an actual conversation than an interview. Most of the questions were very general, but it seemed strained when it got to the topic of electronic versus a paper based peer review. The overall flow of the interview changed course at that point.
