The interview process was fine. There was no practical task or extensive panel. That said, the environment felt uncomfortable and sterile. It felt like they were moving fast to fill a position that was about to get a bunch of work dumped on it. I didn't feel a lot of warmth from the hiring manager, but the overall process was decent. The process lasted about three weeks.
