I participated in 3 Zoom interviews with 4 different company representatives. One representative was late and seemed disinterested. The other representatives were attentive, thoughtful, and engaged. I sent an email thanking them for the opportunity. They responded via email that I would hear something very soon. I received zero follow-up communication which is really unfortunate given that it was the engagement team.
